50th Anniversary "Attitude of Gratitude"

This page features photos with highlights from our 50th anniversary monthly "Attitude of Gratitude" volunteer days with other non-profit organizations.  It's clear to see that our boys are getting joy and satisfaction from giving back to others, while learning that they have much to be grateful for.  Our volunteer outreach has included:
SEPTEMBER 2018:  Commemorating the anniversary of September 11 by delivering thank-you goodies to an array of local responders, who were extremely touched and grateful for this remembrance.
JANUARY 2018:  Volunteering at the U.S. Sailing Center in Jensen Beach, one of our valued community partners.
DECEMBER 2017:  Collecting and delivering much-needed supplies for the kids at Hibiscus House.
NOVEMBER 2017: Helping sort toys for the Salvation Army's "Angel Tree," a longstanding program that ensures that children in need do not go without a present at Christmas.
Visiting veterans at the VA Hospital in West Palm Beach, and thanking them for their service.  Mary Philips, Chief of Volunteary Service for the VA, said of the visit:  "This truly was a highlight of my day.  The children were so well behaved, and so proudly shook the hands of all the veterans they came in contact with.  It was a great experience.  God bless you and all you are doing for these young boys."
OCTOBER 2017:  Delivering Meals on Wheels in Martin County, meeting homebound seniors, learning about their lives, and getting plenty of hugs in return!
SEPTEMBER 2017:  Delivering cookies and thanks to first responders at a number of fire stations in Stuart and Palm City.
